The company assigns three mentors to every new employee. The first is a professional instructor, primarily responsible for the new employee's professional training; the second is a practical instructor, primarily responsible for the new employee's practical training; and the third is a life mentor, primarily responsible for the new employee's life and learning care and guidance. The company has established Zhejiang Provincial Skill Master Studios (Zhang Xiaohong, Lu Jianxin, and Fang Ruiming), Jiaxing Municipal Skill Master Studios, etc., which are responsible for the company's technology promotion and skills training.
2. Establish a "three-teacher" management system to guide and cultivate new employees in all aspects.
The company develops an annual corporate culture activity plan from a comprehensive perspective, and carries out a series of activities by the Party, Youth League, Trade Union, and Women's Federation, including speech contests, annual talent symposiums, cultural and sports meets, skills competitions, a series of welcoming activities for new college graduates, group weddings for introduced talents, and group birthday celebrations.
3. Enrich employees' leisure activities and create a happy working atmosphere.
