Recently, the company has experienced rapid growth and has established businesses across Southeast Aisa. Jingxing Holdings (Ma) Co., Ltd.’s new recycled pulp mill in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia, has put 800,000 tons of recycled OCC market pulp into operation in 2023.

Dec 2025 – The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Jingxing Holdings Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd., have signed a RM1.9 billion financing package to expand its advanced wastepaper recycling and packaging paper production facility in Selangor, Malaysia. The new containerboard machine, with a production capacity of 600,000 tons per year, will focus on producing high-quality packaging paper in the 70-200 grams/square meter range using recycled OCC fiber sources. With a design speed of 1,200 meters per minute and a width of 8.66 meters, the machine will be a cornerstone of Jingxing’s second phase project in Malaysia.
