The issuance review committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission convened the 132nd meeting of the issuance review committee and approved it on October 19 with the Securities Regulatory Issue [2007] No. 370 document to approve the plan for Jingxing Paper to issue no more than 120 million shares. In November 2007, 93 million shares of RMB ordinary shares (A shares) were publicly issued to the public through online and offline pricing.

Jun. Nanjing Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd., has an annual output of 80 million m2 of ordinary corrugated cardboard boxes and paperboard production lines. The expansion project has been carefully planned and prepared to start smoothly, which marks the widest width high-speed corrugated paper in Nanjing Box Line was officially launched.

Jun. The China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the application for the public issuance of convertible bonds by Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co.,Ltd. The funds raised by the convertible bonds will not exceed RMB 1.280 million yuan (including RMB 1.280 million yuan), which will be fully used for the project of waste Paper pulp board with an annual output of 800,000 tons in Malaysia.

Nov. The foundation was laid for the project of jinxing paper with annual output of 120,000 tons of natural antimicrobial high quality paper.

Dec. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Jingxing Holdings Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd., have signed a RM1.9 billion financing package to expand its advanced wastepaper recycling and packaging paper production facility in Selangor, Malaysia. The world class new containerboard machine (Voith), with a production capacity of 600,000 tons per year, will focus on producing high-quality packaging paper in the 70-200 grams/square meter range using recycled OCC fiber sources. With a design speed of 1,200 meters per minute and a width of 8.66 meters, the machine will be a cornerstone of Jingxing’s second phase project in Malaysia.
